This Privacy Policy applies to all VibeCMD LLC services, including the vibecmd.net website and all mobile applications published by VibeCMD LLC. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

VibeCMD customer app

The VibeCMD app uses the same customer service system as vibecmd.net. When you create or update an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number and company details. We store a password hash and session tokens to secure your account. Your customer ID links your account to the service records that belong to you.

We collect the support tickets, messages and project enquiries you send so we can respond and provide the requested service. Your app can display your projects, invoices and merchant-verified plan periods from our business records. We use account and support information for app functionality, authentication, security and customer support. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising tracking.

Payments and subscriptions are handled on our website or PayPal in an external browser. The app does not collect or store payment card or bank account details. A checkout return or customer confirmation does not verify a payment; VibeCMD verifies it in the merchant account before recording a paid service period. PayPal has its own privacy policy.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Portal, then Account, then Delete account. Review the explanation and re-enter your password to finish deletion without leaving the app. This removes your profile and app-visible support and project data and revokes your sign-in sessions. Financial records that the business must retain remain server-side without an active customer sign-in. Deleting the app account does not cancel PayPal subscription billing. Manage future renewals separately in PayPal and contact VibeCMD to confirm the service end date.

• Data collection varies by app. The VibeCMD customer app collects the account and support information described in its section above; other apps have their own notices.

Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics - anonymous website traffic analysis. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
• PayPal - payment processing on our billing page (governed by PayPal's Privacy Policy)

The VibeCMD customer app communicates with our HTTPS customer service API and uses software libraries to operate. Its production build does not use Firebase, advertising analytics, or cross-app tracking. PayPal payments take place outside the app in your browser. Other applications have their own data practices as described in their notices.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The VibeCMD customer app is intended for business customers and their support contacts. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through our website, please contact us and we will delete it.
