A little about me
I've worked on both sides of the screen.
I've helped people at the support desk, led support teams, and worked with the systems those teams depend on. My career has taken me from hands-on work with servers and networking equipment to enterprise technology and healthcare infrastructure.
That mix shapes how I approach a job. I want to understand what you're trying to do, explain the options in plain language, and make the next step clear. A computer problem and an app idea both start with the same question: what needs to work better for you?
Building is part of my work, too. I publish my own apps and use AI-assisted development and automation in my workflow. Through VibeCMD, I bring that practical experience to IT support, mobile and web apps, and the everyday tasks that take too much of your time.
