Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VibeCMD services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

VibeCMD provides IT support, app consulting, and automation services including but not limited to:

• Computer repair and troubleshooting
• Network setup and configuration
• Software installation and support
• Data backup and recovery consultation
• Infrastructure projects, migrations, and security hardening
• Mobile app consulting, development, and post-launch support for iOS and Android
• AI features and business workflow automation
• General tech support and guidance

VibeCMD no longer offers website design or development. For anything not listed here, contact us and we will confirm whether it is in scope.

Service Limitations

• Services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific outcomes
• We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware failures
• Data recovery is not guaranteed in all situations
• Response times may vary based on demand and complexity

Payment Terms

• Every project is quoted as one flat rate before work begins, and you approve that quote before any paid work starts
• Payments are due according to the invoice or quote schedule. One-time projects are typically due on completion; larger builds are usually split into a deposit and a delivery payment
• Invoices can be paid online by major credit or debit card through PayPal checkout, by Venmo, or by PayPal.me. Zelle is available on request. See Pay your invoice for current methods
• Free 15-minute consultations are available for new clients

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your technical issues
• Back up important data before requesting service (when possible)
• Provide necessary access credentials for service completion
• Not use our services for illegal purposes

Ownership and Intellectual Property

• On a paid project, you own the work product and deliverables created for you, including source code, documentation, and app store listings, once the project has been paid in full
• VibeCMD retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, and internal know-how, and may continue to reuse those general components
• Third-party names, trademarks, app store accounts, and platform terms remain the property of their respective owners
• Apps that VibeCMD develops and publishes under its own accounts remain VibeCMD property. These are listed in the app catalog and are not licensed to you

Limitation of Liability

VibeCMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
