Services Provided
VibeCMD provides IT support services including but not limited to:
- Computer repair and troubleshooting
- Virus and malware removal
- Network setup and configuration
- Software installation and support
- Data backup and recovery consultation
- General tech support and guidance
Service Limitations
- Services are provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific outcomes
- We are not responsible for pre-existing hardware failures
- Data recovery is not guaranteed in all situations
- Response times may vary based on demand and complexity
Payment Terms
- Service rates are quoted before work begins
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cash
- Free 15-minute consultations are available for new clients
User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your technical issues
- Back up important data before requesting service (when possible)
- Provide necessary access credentials for service completion
- Not use our services for illegal purposes
Limitation of Liability
VibeCMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
