Common Questions

What counts as a "support hour"?
Any active hands-on time we spend on your issue — remote sessions, phone troubleshooting, on-site work. Short 10-minute calls are not billed. If a quick fix takes under 15 minutes, it doesn't count against your hours.
What if I use more hours than my plan includes?
Additional hours are billed at $75/hr (our standard rate) — still significantly cheaper than emergency flat rates. We'll always let you know before going over so there are no surprises.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, hours reset monthly. However, we use any remaining time proactively — running updates, checking backups, or doing preventive maintenance so nothing goes to waste.
Can I start with Basic and upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect the next billing cycle. You're never locked into a tier. We'll recommend moving up if your usage consistently exceeds your current plan.
How does the on-site visit work for Standard/Premium?
Scheduled in advance during business hours. We serve Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Folsom, and surrounding areas. Remote-only for businesses outside our on-site zone, with an adjusted discount applied.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for Standard and Premium. Basic has a one-time onboarding call (30 min) to document your systems before support starts. That's it.
