What Calibrated Is
Calibrated is a private, trainer-led fitness coaching app built for one-on-one and small-team training. Trainers use Calibrated to deliver personalized workouts, upload and annotate videos, track progress, review movement screens, manage sessions, and communicate directly with their clients.
Clients use Calibrated to follow their training plan, log workouts, view coaching videos, message their trainer, and track their progress over time.

It is a private coaching environment where your trainer controls access and content.
Your Privacy Matters
Calibrated is designed to protect your personal information and training data. We only collect information needed to operate the app and deliver coaching features.

- Account information — name, email, profile details
- Training data — workouts, routines, progress logs, movement screens
- Uploaded media — videos you or your trainer upload for coaching purposes
- App usage data — to improve performance and reliability
Your trainer only sees the information required to coach you.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances
- No advertising SDKs — Calibrated contains no ad networks or tracking pixels
- No third-party profiling — your data is never used for marketing or behavioral advertising
- No data brokers — your information is never shared with or sold to data brokers
