Reviews and content questions.
Who actually does the work?
Day-to-day work is handled by the VibeCMD team using modern tools, and Kevin owns the quality, the rules, and the results. Kevin is your contact and the person accountable for your account. Nothing is farmed out to a call center, and no reply or post goes out under your business name that does not follow the rules you agreed to.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add vibetech@vibecmd.net as a manager on your Google Business Profile. That is a setting inside your own Google account, it takes about two minutes, and you can remove it any time. No password is ever shared, and manager access does not reach your email, your website, or your ads.
Can you promise more five-star reviews or a better ranking?
No, and you should not hire anyone who does. What I can promise is the work that earns reviews honestly: routine reviews answered like a person runs the place, an accurate profile, and regular useful posts. Ratings move when customers notice that care, and not before.
Can you remove a bad review?
Nobody can remove a review just because it is negative. If a review breaks Google policy, for example spam, a fake review, or hate speech, I report it through the proper channel and note it in your monthly report. Routine reviews get a calm, professional reply; sensitive reviews are held for direction.
What if a review is angry or mentions a specific employee?
Those are never answered on autopilot. Anything that mentions legal action, harm, or a named employee is held, flagged to Kevin during the weekday sweep, and only answered after Kevin and the business owner agree on the response. That rule is in writing on the intake form before we start.
What businesses is this for?
Local businesses that live on their Google listing: clinics and dental offices, home services, salons, shops, restaurants, and professional offices around Sacramento and anywhere else. If your customers find you on Google Maps, this fits.
What does the monthly report show?
One page, plain English: how many reviews came in, your average rating, what we replied, what we posted, anything we fixed on your profile, and anything that needs your attention. No dashboards, no jargon.
Can I see replies before they post?
Yes. On the intake form you can choose approve-first for your first month. Replies are drafted and held for your OK, then move to the standard rules once you are comfortable. You can stay on approve-first as long as you like.
How do I cancel?
Cancel future renewals in your PayPal settings and contact us to confirm your service end date. Your profile and content stay yours.
