Certification Study Planner and Tracker Pack

What it is

A complete study system for any IT certification, licensing exam, or other big test, built around your exam's official topic outline instead of around hope. It is the pack for people studying while working a job: short regular sessions, honest tracking, and a weekly review that keeps the plan pointed at your weakest topics.

What is inside

• A 12 week planner: four phases (set up and survey, learn the material, practice and repair, full practice exams, then taper), with a fill in template page for every week: focus topics, five study session lines, and an end of week review box.
• A topic tracker spreadsheet keyed to any exam outline: one row per topic with its outline section, priority, a 1 to 5 confidence score, status, study dates, and practice scores. Dropdowns and number checks are built in so entries stay clean.
• A 12 week plan sheet and a weekly log sheet inside the same spreadsheet file.
• A flashcard workflow guide that works with free tools (including a no app paper method), covering how to write cards that actually teach, the daily ten minute routine, and how to fix cards that will not stick.
• A weekly review checklist: fifteen minutes, same day each week, to update the tracker, convert missed questions to flashcards, and aim next week at the weakest topics.
• An exam day readiness sheet: the week before, the night before, the morning of, and during the exam, including ID, check in, and timing checkpoints.

Who it is for

Anyone studying for a certification or licensing exam while employed, in school, or raising a family. It is exam agnostic on purpose: IT certifications, trade licenses, real estate and mortgage licensing, insurance exams, and similar tests all publish topic outlines, and this system runs on yours. If you are an MLO candidate, pair it with the MLO SAFE Exam Study Pack from this same store for the content itself.

Please note

This pack is an organizational and educational aid. It is a general study system, not tutoring, not an official product of any certification or licensing body, and it does not promise or guarantee any exam result. Exam formats, rules, and provider policies change; always confirm the details of your exam with your exam provider. App prices and free tier terms mentioned in the flashcard guide were accurate at the time of writing and also change over time. Published by VibeCMD LLC.
