Yes. The initial 15-minute consultation is free with no obligation. We use it to understand the problem, and you leave with a clear picture of the options whether or not you hire me.
How fast will I hear back?
Most messages get a personal reply the same day, and within 24 hours at the latest. If something is broken right now, call and text is the fastest way to reach me.
Do you work with clients outside the Sacramento area?
Yes. Remote support and app work are available nationwide. On-site visits cover the Sacramento area, including Citrus Heights, Roseville, Folsom, Rocklin, El Dorado Hills, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael.
How does pricing work?
Flat rate, agreed in writing before work starts. One-time problems are quoted as a project. Ongoing support runs on a flat monthly plan. There is no hourly meter and no surprise line items.
