How fast will I hear back?
I review messages personally. If you need help with an urgent issue, call (279) 202-4794 to check my availability. Response times for monthly support are agreed in your plan.
Do you work with clients outside the Sacramento area?
Yes. Remote IT support and app consulting are available nationwide. On-site visits cover the Sacramento area, including Citrus Heights, Roseville, Folsom, Rocklin, El Dorado Hills, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael.
