Before you pay: Kevin must confirm your scope and availability in writing. For project builds, the total price, milestone payments and delivery dates must also be agreed. If that has not happened, request the package first.

This payment is credited toward your agreed project, not a completed-app purchase. Developer accounts, fees, hosting, paid APIs and maintenance are separate. Store submission does not guarantee approval.
