Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VibeCMD services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

VibeCMD provides IT consulting and technical services including:

• Business IT infrastructure design and implementation
• Network setup and troubleshooting
• Web hosting assistance and server management
• Computer repair and technical support
• AI integration and web development

Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Backup your data before any service work

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Service Limitations & Warranties

No Warranty: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete elimination of all technical issues
• Specific results or outcomes
• Compatibility with all systems or software

Best Effort: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality services but cannot guarantee perfection.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VibeCMD is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 12 months
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
• We recommend testing all solutions in a non-production environment first

Cancellation & Refunds

• Service appointments may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Completed work is generally non-refundable
• Unused prepaid service hours may be refunded within 30 days

Intellectual Property

All website content, code, designs, and documentation created by VibeCMD remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You receive a license to use delivered solutions for your business purposes only.

Confidentiality

We respect your business confidentiality and will not disclose your proprietary information without permission. You agree to keep any technical methods, pricing, or processes shared by VibeCMD confidential.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VibeCMD harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
