2012 - 2015
The Hustle Begins
Electronics Sales & Testing
Learned IT the hard way—hands-on with enterprise hardware every single day. Servers, switches, storage arrays. If it powered on, I tested it. Built my foundation before I ever touched a corporate network.
2016 - 2018
The Big Break
eBay Inc.
Desktop support to Team Lead in under a year. Created the IT Lounge—walk-in tech support that employees actually wanted to use. Hit SLAs nobody thought were possible. Wrote the playbook that went global.
2018
Enterprise Scale
ServiceNow
Platform admin at the company that makes platform admin tools. ServiceNow, OKTA, O365, Slack. 85% Mac environment. Fast-paced, high-stakes, zero room for error.
2019 - 2025
Healthcare IT
Varian Medical Systems (Siemens Healthineers)
Installed and upgraded radiation oncology software for hospitals and clinics. Aria, Eclipse, SQL Server. Traveled the western region, mentored new reps, and kept critical healthcare systems running.
